Role and Responsibilities
At CVS Health, I worked as a User Experience Manager and oversaw key projects on all of CVS Health's Prescription Benefits Management (PBM) sites. I collaborated with business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and aligned them with patient goals to create effective experiences.
Accomplishments
Created a new registration flow to target a previously untapped user base of net new enrollees.
Redesigned patient homepage to better target this expanded base
Led design and development effort on converting CVS Health’s Medicare Part D service, SilverScript, into a fully responsive, WCAG 2.0 AAA accessibility compliant site
Designed and developed a tool to notify patients of cost savings opportunities related to their prescriptions
Championed the effort to update CVS’s core brand guidelines across all of the company’s property lines, focusing on accessibility and responsive, mobile-first design methodologies
