Role and Responsibilities

At CVS Health, I worked as a User Experience Manager and oversaw key projects on all of CVS Health's Prescription Benefits Management (PBM) sites. I collaborated with business stakeholders to identify and define business requirements and aligned them with patient goals to create effective experiences.

Accomplishments

  • Created a new registration flow to target a previously untapped user base of net new enrollees.

  • Redesigned patient homepage to better target this expanded base

  • Led design and development effort on converting CVS Health’s Medicare Part D service, SilverScript, into a fully responsive, WCAG 2.0 AAA accessibility compliant site

  • Designed and developed a tool to notify patients of cost savings opportunities related to their prescriptions

  • Championed the effort to update CVS’s core brand guidelines across all of the company’s property lines, focusing on accessibility and responsive, mobile-first design methodologies

  • Mentored and coached junior colleagues
